Nike Kobe 9 Elite Protro Christmas (2024)

The Nike Kobe 9 Elite Protro Christmas (2024) brings back one of the Black Mamba's most iconic designs. This high-top silhouette resurrects the 2014 Christmas edition on its tenth anniversary, featuring the characteristic Bright Crimson, black, and white combination, and that green nod in the "nine strikes" on the heel that recalls Kobe Bryant's Achilles injury.

The construction is pure performance: breathable Flyknit upper, Flywire cables that support the midfoot, and a carbon fiber guardrail. Underfoot, the Protro update features a React midsole with a full-length Zoom Air unit, a clear leap from the original Lunarlon. Basketball shoes that also perform as a street piece.
